Sharon Hagan is a self-taught artist. She developed a passion for creating beautiful paintings after a long career in public service. Sharon is inspired by her observations in nature, rural settings and urban environments. She works mainly in acrylic on canvas.

Sharon graduated from California State University, Sacramento, earning both a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Master of Arts in Psychology. She went on to earn a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and is currently in private practice.
